Ticket counters, baggage claim and international flight arrivals for all airlines are located in the Main Terminal.

Getting to the Plane

All departing passengers must pass through security checkpoint located on the Departures (upper) Level of the Main Terminal. From there, take a mobile lounge to Concourses A, B, C or D; from the upper-level "M" gates directly to the aircraft; or proceed down the escalator to the lower level "T" gates in the Main Terminal. Mobile lounges run at least every 5 minutes.

Baggage Claim

Baggage for arriving domestic flights at Washington Dulles International is transported by airlines to the Baggage Claim Level of the Main Terminal. Baggage on international flights is processed in the Federal Inspection areas. Baggage Information Display Boards located throughout the airport show the location of the baggage claim area for each arriving flight.

International Arrivals Building

Passengers arriving on international flights are transported by mobile lounges from the plane to the International Arrivals Building (IAB) located at the west end of the Main Terminal.

Once cleared through the IAB, passengers follow a corridor to the Baggage Claim Level of the Main Terminal. If being picked up, proceed from Baggage Claim up a ramp and out to the Arrivals Level curbside. To reach the parking lot in front of the Main Terminal, walk from Baggage Claim down a ramp and out of the building.

Smoke-Free Facility

Smoking is permitted outside the Main Terminal and in smoking lounges located in Concourses B, C and D.

Parking:
Dulles provides daily garage, hourly, economy and valet parking with more than 25,000 parking spaces. There is no charge for vehicles exiting within 20 minutes of entry at Daily, Hourly and Economy parking. Free shuttle service is provided from Daily and Economy parking, at 10-15 minute intervals, for passengers 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Dulles has two Daily Parking Garages with easy covered access into the terminal.

Ground Transportation:
There are many transportation options to and from Dulles Airport. The Airport is served by the Washington Flyer Taxicabs, SuperShuttle, Washington Flyer Coach Service and Metrobus service

Other Security Screening Tips:

Passengers are required to show a boarding pass and government-issued photo ID, such as a driver's license or current passport at the security screening checkpoints. Passengers may obtain a boarding pass from the airline ticket counter, at curbside check-in or if available, at airline self-service kiosks and on-line at the airline websites.
Limit carry-on bags to one bag plus one personal item (such as a purse or a briefcase).
TSA security measures require careful screening of carry-on luggage. Passengers are urged to leave any sharp objects (pocket knives, scissors, etc) at home or in their luggage checked in at the ticket counter.
For passengers with medical conditions that require you to carry a needle and/or syringe on your person or in your carry on baggage you must also have the medication that requires such injection on your person. The medication must be packaged with a pharmaceutical label or professionally printed label identifying the medication.
All electronic items, such as laptops, cell phones, pagers, may be subjected to additional screening. Be prepared to remove your laptop from its travel case so that both can be X-rayed separately. Also be prepared to turn all electronic devices on for screeners.

Prices:
National Flights: $500.00
International Flights: $1,000.00

Toshikazu had spent a night over at Shin's place, having sent Kenya and Sato ahead towards Detroit. Having left 12 kilos at Shin's, Sato and Kenya now only had 3 left in the car, the amount that would process the deal. Inside the car, as well, were the three AK-47s. Toshikazu stepped onto the plane and sighed as it began to take off.

John arrived via cab to the airport and headed to baggage claim. Walking up to the ticket counter he presents his credit card and ID for the CSR. "One ticket to Jersey City please."

The woman typed some information in the computer nad then the printer spat off some tickets and bands for the bags. Placing the ID bands on the bags and the ticket's in John's hand, John heads past security and into the terminal catching a flight to Jersey.

$500.00 donated

Arcadia stepped onto the concrete, handing the cabbie a couple of notes before she exited, and then moved through to the ticket sales counter. The next few minutes were spent impatiently waited for the next flight out to Detroit and then finally, it was time for the two to depart. They passed through security with ease, her crossbow in the stowaway luggage, and boarded the plane for their flight, looking forward to catching a few z's whilst in the air.

<$1,000 donated to Jacob for the plane tickets>
