Day One

Walking down the sidewalk of lower-eastside, he yawns. It's getting late. Street lights clicking on all around. Blinking repeatedly as he accidentally looks into one of the lights, he stops, walks to the nearest building, and leans against the outside wall of the structure. Placing his gloved hands into his pants pockets, he waits. Watching for a new target. One presents itself. A cherry red Aston Martin DBR9. Being one to keep up on new developments in the world, especially vehicles, he knew this to be the brand new Aston Martin model. Whomever was driving it sealed their fate by showing up at this time, this day. Watching the car stop on the side of the road, across the street, he waits, watching. A rather stunning -much to his surprise- hooker. The women opens the passenger-side door and enters the vehicle, which then is started again within the matter of moments, and drives off. Chuckling in spite of himself, he pushes away from the wall then walks off into the night.

Day Two

The next day, he walks the same path, the same sidewalk, the same time he had the previous night. Finding the same wall and leaning against it as he had before. Waiting he places his hands into his pants pockets once again. Scanning the area. Hoping that his new target would return. To his luck, the cherry red Aston Martin DBR9 pulls into the same parking spot it had been in, causing him to grin widely. The same woman approaches the vehicle and then opens the door to get in, which she does. The car starts and pulls away, driving off again. Looking at the stopwatch he'd started when the car had pulled up, he notices that the man had waited five minutes before the woman got in. This would be his window of opportunity.

Scratching his chin he thinks. Conjuring a plan into his mind for how to get the driver to open the door for him. The windows were tinted and must've been safety, or possibly bulletproof glass. He wouldn't risk having to try and smash the window, that would be foolish. And idea comes to mind then; the windows were tinted. Although one could not see inside, it still dimmed, just barely, one's view of outside from inside the vehicle. This he knew from experience. With a laugh he remembers a theatrics shop a block away, pushing from the wall he heads towards it.

Fifteen minutes later he arrives at the store. Opening the front door he steps through the doorway and into the building. Walking to the accessories section of the store, he searches for a badge resembling those used for local law enforcement. Much to his luck he finds a bag set full of metal badge replica's. In the set he took note it held one for each government faction, and one for each rank that a detective or police officer of the NYPD might be. Smiling, he looks for, and finds the magnetic strip on the package, and rips it off. Stuffing the package into the large pocket in the side of his jacket while nobody is looking, he then walks over to the attire section.

Once in the costume area he takes a look at extras. Scratching his chin as he looks through things, he finds a leather holster for the back of his waist. Looking at it for a few moments, he finds the magnetic strip, and removes it. Pulling the gun, while nobody is around, into his right hand, he slips it into the holster. Then he takes the holster into his right hand and places it into the back of his belt once more, on the back of his waist.

Turning then from the isle he's in, he walks out of the store via the front doors. The alarm does not go off. Overall today had worked out quite well. Taking his wallet out of his pocket, he fishes his other hand inside the package of badges, removing one for an NYPD Sargent Homicide Detective, he places it into his wallet next to his I.D. Things had gone ok so far. Calling it a night, he heads off to his hideout.

Day Three

The third day has come around. This would be the day he would proceed with the plan. Walking the same sidewalk to where he'd seen the car the night's before, he waits, leaning against the a building's wall once more. But this time as the car pulls into position, he approaches the passenger-side of the car, then knocks his right hand on the window. Slowly the window rolls down to reveal the driver is an old man, dressed in a very expensive suit. In his left hand he holds his wallet, open, and showing the badge. The man in the suit's eyes go wide and he stumbles over his own words while asking what the problem is.

Putting the wallet back into one of his inner coat pockets he speaks, "I'll need you to unlock the doors." The old man does as told, after all, he did not feel like being arrested. Or so Dominic presumed. Opening the passenger-side door with his now free left hand he gets into the car, much to the old man's surprise, and immediately after sitting he draws his Glock 19 from it's holster behind his waist. One fluid movement that points the muzzle of the weapon directly at the old man's head.

The pleas Dominic's ears catch are not unlike most of those one usually hears. First the frightened individuals throws threats, "Do you know who I am?!" Then the person throws bribes, "I have money. Anything you want! Just stop!" Many many things. The threats only lasted a few moments, but the fact Dominic had stayed silent forced the fear into cooperating bribery. Calmly he speaks, "How much money do you have in the bank?" The tone of his voice is cold, indifferent, emotionless.

Taking deep breaths and with wide eyes the old man replies, "Millions! Please! Just don't kill me!!" A new plan forms in Dominic's mind and he decides he has to improvise to do this correctly, to get the best out of the situation. "Pick up your cellphone. Put it on speaker, so I can hear. Transfer half a million to a new account. I'll then use that account code and put the money into my own account. If they so much as ask why, I will kill you. Understood?" The old man's eyes go even more wide then before and he nods quickly. The old man reaches his hand into his pant's pocket and pulls out his cellphone, calling his bank.

Within a matter of seconds the funds would be electronically wired to a new account. Then using his left hand, Dominic uses the cellphone to transfer the money through five different accounts, to effectively destroy any money trail someone might be able to follow. After finishing the last transfer, he closes the phone, a silver Razr V3. With an audible 'hmph' he drops the cellphone into his left pant's pocket. For his next movement he climbs into the back seat, the gun still pointed directly at the old man's head. Now waiting for the hooker. And low and behold, one minute later, on dot, she would open the door and get in. Without thinking. Or even noticing Dominic sitting in the back seat.

Two seconds after she closes the door, she notices him sitting there, having been too caught up in routine to notice. With her eyes as wide as the old man's, she sits, motionless, frightened. Reaching up and around, he presses the lock button on the door, locking them in the car. Then he mutters only a couple words, "Drive. Docks." And a moment later, after nodding, the old man turns on the car and drives off for the docks casually, as he is directed to do by Dominic.

Approximately ten minutes later they arrive at the docks. The car parked next to the edge of an unoccupied dock. It was night by now and nobody was working. In the dock next to the one they were parked on is a garbage ship. Seeing as it was only less then half full and here at night, by logic of scheduling, and the fact it'd start smelling up the place soon enough, he figures it would set out the following morning. Which is indeed true, even though he doesn't know it for a fact.

Motioning to the door he speaks to the old man once more, "Be a gentleman and let the lady out..." With a quick, nervous nod the old man unlocks the car doors and gets out of the car, walking around the front, and opening the passenger-side door. Again Dominic motions with the muzzle of his gun to the door, the pretty hooker gets out as instructed, and he climbs out behind her. Without waiting a second he aims the gun at the old man's head and pulls the trigger, a bang rings into the night, and blood, as well as brain matter, fly from the back of the old man's skull. The dull thud of him hitting the ground was signification enough that he was indeed dead.

The woman looks about to scream, but is silenced as Dominic fires the Glock 19 off once more, the barrel pressed against the side of her head. Again a display of gore, blood splattering from the exit wound, a thud from her hitting the cement. Holstering his gun, he then grabs the old man's right arm with his right hand, and the woman's left arm with his left hand, then he drags the bodies without too much effort to the trash barge. Dragging them to the deepest pile, he rummages the old man's pockets, to find his wallet, and $400 in $20's and $100's. Then he rummages the hooker, finding an accumulated $700 in various different bills. Putting the money into his own wallet, he stands, and then walks back to the cherry red car. With a smile he closes the passenger-side door, then gets in on the driver's side.

Shutting the door, he looks at the ignition, the keys had been in the ignition during all of this. Nobody should find the bodies, they probably wouldn't ever be found...if they were the trash would cover any evidence left behind quite nicely, even though none had been left. Looking around the car, he outright laughs when he finds a silver S&W 1911PD. Ejecting the clip he notices it's fully loaded, with a shell in the chamber too. Shaking his head, he laughs some more, loading the clip into the gun once more and tossing it back into the glove compartment. With a chuckle he starts the car, finding the irony comical still, he then drives from the docks. Another job completed without any flaws.

No...arrest pretty much covers it. You didn't miss anything.

Gimmi an hour please, I'll have an arrest posted within the next hour.

You've shown no interest in being staff and an arrest flag must be made by the roleplaying character. If you wish this to be opened for a roleplaying character it will be per your request, otherwise please consider this as a last verbal issuance of cease and desist of spam.

Requesting

--Aston Martin DBR9 (Cherry Red) Approved
--S&W 1911PD (fully loaded) Denied. See notes.
--$500,000 in an offshore bank account Partially approved. See notes.
--$1,100 cash from bodies Approved
--No witnesses Approved
--Clean getaway (bodies not found/no evidence left/ect) Approved

Notes: I liked it, even if it was a little.....unrealistic. Being in the same place at the same time for the same span of time every night is a little implausible. But hey, if the hooker was as good-looking as you said I'll let it go. So you got the car. I was a little loath to give away the Smith and Wesson, though. I don't think it was that realistic that a random old man had a high-powered .45 in his car. As for the half-million, you get a quarter instead. Still a lot of money. I deducted because it would be harder for them to transfer that without taxes and so forth. You got the $1100 as well, bringing your cash total to $251,100. Pretty damn respectible, I would say.

As for Alex's 'arrest flag': YJ has spoken.
